This program does not send promotional, sales, advertising, or marketing messages.

2. Enrollment and Consent

Enrollment occurs at a participating merchant’s point-of-sale. A written SMS disclosure is presented on a forward-facing screen. You must actively select Confirm to proceed.

After submitting your mobile number, you will receive a confirmation message. You must reply YES to confirm consent before receiving any rewards balance notifications.

No messages will be sent unless your YES confirmation is received and recorded.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Merchant-Specific Enrollment

Enrollment applies only to the specific merchant where you provided your mobile number.

Your mobile number will not be used across unrelated merchants.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on rewards account activity.

Messages are triggered only by rewards account activity and are not sent on a promotional schedule.

5. Charges and Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After submitting a STOP request, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

8. Data Use and Privacy

Mobile numbers are provided directly by consumers at enrollment.

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
